Are you concerned about your child’s weight and/or eating habits? Then this is the plan for you!  Back on Track by Nutrition Nanny®  is a pioneering approach to helping your child/children rebuild their eating habits, behaviors, and overall relationship with food. Each family Action Plan includes educational, behavioral, and environmental components that are family-centered – there is no “singling out” individual family members or “divvying up” the food environment!  Each family Action Plan also provides nutritional guidance that is customized to your child’s needs through our landmark NutriBlock™ system.
